<p>Another reason why they might have changed it, was to make it easier to remember. I mean, come on, Cyclical Ketogenic Diet? That is a little bit of a tongue twister that is for sure. And Calorie shifting, or Carb Cycling are certainly much easier to remember.</p>
<p>So, in your search for carb cycling, you may come across those other 2 diet programs, look at them closely side by side, and you will surely see the same thing that I do, they may have some slight variations, but they are definitely one and the same.</p>
