Here’s How to Get a Flat Stomach

Today I want to show you how to get a flat stomach. To mix things up and add variety, I have included 3 different suggestions from which to choose. Just pick what you like, and disregard the rest. Or if all 3 sound great, use them all.

Exercise Suggestion

High intensity interval training is one of the best ways to burn off blubber. If you run, all you need to do is run about as hard as you can for 15 seconds. You’ll probably be pooped after that, so take an “active rest” by walking for a minute. Then start sprinting again for another 15 seconds. Keep this cycle up for at least 10 minutes straight.

I prefer to do this exercise on a track, but a treadmill will work, too.

Supplement Suggestion

Take “Extra Virgin” Coconut Oil. This is also called “cold pressed” coconut oil. For a large number of people, taking a teaspoon of this stuff a couple times a day can result in a 5-pound weight loss in less than 14 days.

Now, not everyone will get these results, but a large number of people do. So, it’s worth a chance.

Just don’t take the coconut oil with meals.

Diet Suggestion

You should increase the amount of fiber and protein in your diet, and cut down on simple carbohydrates. To get more fiber and protein, eat a half can of black beans with at least 2 meals each day.

To decrease the amount of sugar in your diet, you should get rid of the sodas and replace them with water sweetened with Stevia packets. Stevia is natural, has no calories, and taste really sweet.

So, if you want to get a flat stomach, try any of those tips. Or try them all. They all work.
