Ideas are popping a piece of gum in your mouth or brushing your teeth. You will find it simple to pull away from eating.
4. Drop the guilt. Do you find your guilty feelings about overeating lead you to eat more? This is common and you need to let go of past mistakes. Even the healthiest eater has an off day, don’t make matters worse by getting bogged down by guilt, just move on and make the rest of the day better.
