One of the dumbest things you can do when you want to lose weight fast is when you eat rarely and your meals are large portions. When you eat like this your body stores fat and lowers its metabolism to conserve energy, so you should try to avoid this as it only causes your muscle mass to shrink and your belly to grow.
You should rather eat more frequent and with some small and healthy meals. This, together with physical activity increase the metabolism in your body and you gets rid of those extra pounds in a healthy way. Here are some good tips for dieting:
1. The most important tip to dieting is to eat breakfast every day, this activates your body’s metabolism early in the day and helps to keep your mind sharp.
2. Use your body physically every day. A couple of small training sessions with a handful of jumps and a quick run up and down the stairs before the evening news is better than nothing.
3. Find an exercise program that you think is fun.This is very Important! When you use an exercise program that you hate, you will easily lure yourself away from training.
4. Find another person who also wants to lose weight. It is easy to betray yourself, but harder to fail another. This reduces the risk of skipping on the diet.
5. Cut out unhealthy fast food, sugar and soft drings. Eat sweets only once a week.
6. Let half of the plate consist of vegetables, they are healthy and good for you when on a diet.
7. Cut down on carbohydrates and try a low carb diet, if you have to much off them in your diet, the body stores the surplus as fat.
