Acne Comedoniano Naturist Treatment

Comedoniano or more commonly known as comedonal acne is a type of acne in which most of the lesions are comedones (blackheads and white heads). This type of acne mostly affects the forehead and chin.

Comedones are the small papules or bumps that are found on the forehead and chin of people with acne. Open comedones are blackheads, the black is caused by melanin which is the surface pigment and not caused due to dirt. Closed comedones are whiteheads, in this case the pore is completely blocked. These comedones form due to plugging of the pores by sebum and old skin cells (keratin).

Comedonal acne may be aggravated by hormonal factors, stress, humidity, or using oily skin care products and sunscreens. You should always use oil-free cosmetics and wash twice daily with mild soap and water.
