Here’s How to Get a Flat Stomach
Today I want to show you how to get a flat stomach. To mix things up and add variety, I have included 3 different suggestions from which to choose. Just pick what you like, and disregard the rest. Or if all 3 sound great, use them all.

Exercise Suggestion
High intensity interval training is one of the best ways to burn off blubber. If you run, all you need to do is run about as hard as you can for 15 seconds. You’ll probably be pooped after that, so take an “active rest” by walking for a minute. Then start sprinting again for another 15 seconds. Keep this cycle up for at least 10 minutes straight.
I prefer to do this exercise on a track, but a treadmill will work, too.
