Losing Weight by Seeing Junk Food For What it Truly Is
Sometimes we have to do things that we don’t necessarily want to do. We don’t want to give up our favorite foods but we know we have to in order to shift the weight we have been piling on due to indulging in them.
The best way to let go of these foods is to see them for what they are. What you like about them is only their taste. What you forget to acknowledge is how they make you feel, what they give you nutritionally and how they play havoc on your body. These foods can leave you feeling guilty but they can also leave you feeling depressed and irritable days later.
