<p>Thirdly, increasing the frequency of my meal intakes was another strategy used. You may wonder how on earth this strategy had been effective in losing weight. Well, the increase in frequency means that I took in smaller amount of food for each meal. For example, instead of eating 3 meals a day, I increased my intake to 5 meals a day. They were all well-spread out. However, my each intake was small in amount with my breakfast, lunch and dinner about half of what I usually ate for each of the meals. The two tea-breaks right smacked in between were usually just a few pieces of biscuits and a cup of hot coffee or tea.:-) In other words, eat everything in moderation.</p>
<p>Lastly, I followed strictly what I learnt from programs. Yes, you have to read alot to find out more on what you actually are comfortable with in losing weight. For more, I just read up certain weight loss programs online. Remember, continual education is also another key to being successful in losing weight.</p>

<p>The only advise I would give to someone who needs help with a weight issue is this. You can read lots of books and websites but unless you willing to make a long term commitment to yourself you will not be successful. You need to realize that you are worth it.</p>

Both of these DVDs really get the metabolism working faster and get the calories burning faster. The music is great and very motivating. Both DVDs are very effective and addicting. Once you begin to see the results it is hard to not want to do them.</p>
<p>By adding some good workout DVDs to a healthy diet fat will burn much quicker. There are hundreds of DVDs that will make working out fun. Using a treadmill is a great way to burn calories, but these DVDs will burn more calories in half of the time.</p>

<p>Add exercise into the mix in a slow steady manner the same way you reduced your calorie intake. The real trick with losing weight is slowly building up to it over time. There wont be immediate results but over time you will notice definite changes that are significant because you will be making a lifestyle change and you will have more chances of being successful than you would have been if you followed a fad diet.</p>
