<p><strong>Second I started some high intensity training.</strong> High intensity training is exactly that. It takes hard work and can even be a tad painful as you get used to pushing yourself past the normal routines. I have found that quick burst work better than long distance running so here is what I do for cardio. I warm up with some stretching exercises then jog for a few minutes. I then run as fast as I can for 30 to 40 seconds. Make it a good wind sprint. I then jog for the same amount of time and then repeat until I cannot do it anymore. When you push yourself to failure you will see a huge difference.</p>
<p><strong>Third I work out on a regular basis.</strong> It has been proven that a well rounded exercise plan is far better than keying in on just one portion of the body. In other words just doing abdominal training is not sufficient to lose your belly fat. It takes an over-all plan to get it done. We all have six-pack abs.
