<p>So one way we can muddle through this debate of veggies versus meat is to sort out both sides. Both the vegetarians and meat-based diets backers claim a list of foods to add to your diet and a list of foods to stay away from. Take for example the high-protein group, who point out that the bad nutrients in beans, grains, and seeds you kill you. But if you have read my previous articles, you will understand that these nutrients are necessary, but in correct proportions. However, a diet consumed of all vegetables or fruit is not good either.</p>
<p>An interesting affect of this was made by zoos early on. They noticed that when the Marmoset monkeys were in captivity, they would not produce. Many suspected it was their new environments, but it actually was proven that their diets were missing six percent animal protein. Interesting, because the zoo only fed the monkeys what they lived on. What they discovered was that they fruit given to the monkeys were free from the insects, worms, etc. that were naturally present in the fruit in their natural habitat.</p>
<p>Now, why is it that the western-style diet is identified with growing taller and shorter life spans? When dieting on animal protein, you are going to have a higher intact of iron, especially from eating meat that has a portion of muscle in it. This excess iron allows you to burn more, but increases heat in your body, which leads directly to rapid aging. This increased iron and energy levels will surely help in your initial weight loss program, but continued, will definitely affect your longevity.</p>
<p>Have you ever heard of dieters reaching a so-called diet plateau? Well it is common in low-card diets. Your body does reach a certain point whereby you must reduce the level of animal-based foods. If you are ever going to get full control of your weight and manage it permanently, you have to learn to get control of your bad habits and cravings. Certain thoughts or circumstances trigger certain behaviors. Learn what those are and you are halfway there. Learning how to change those behaviors takes you the rest of the way.</p>
<p>Almost 30 years ago I quit smoking. I can&#8217;t tell you how many times I tried to quit before I was successful, but it was many times. I would get so irritable going cold turkey that my wife and secretary both begged me to start smoking again. Of course I didn&#8217;t think I was that bad, but they certainly did. I was finally able to quit smoking when I learned about my behaviors and what trigger points caused me to want to light up.</p>
<p>I used self hypnosis to get control of my smoking habit and had no ill effects like irritability or weight gain, etc. Hypnosis or self hypnosis is not what you may have seen done on stage. Very few people can be hypnotized to that level. It isn&#8217;t mind control, it&#8217;s using a relaxed state to visualize. Let me give you an example.</p>
<p>I would put myself in a relaxed state and then visualize myself in certain circumstances where I would normally light up and see myself saying, &#8220;No thanks, I don&#8217;t smoke. I quit smoking and have had no ill affects.&#8221; I would see myself in a variety of circumstances such as finishing dinner, having a drink with friends or having a cup of coffee. In each case I would imagine someone offering me a cigarette and me saying, No thanks, I don&#8217;t smoke.&#8221;</p>
<p>The key to making hypnosis work is to visualize each scene very clearly. If you can imagine or day dream, you can use hypnosis.Think about it. When is the last time you went through a scene imagining you said things to someone that you wished you&#8217;d said. We&#8217;ve all done that.</p>
<p>The right hypnosis program can be the answer to losing all the weight you want to and then keeping it off. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to find a diet that you can comfortably stick to and learn how to reprogram those bad habits and cravings.</p>

Studies show that people who have the worst blockage in arteries had the most severe gum problems. Tooth loss at an early age due to gum disease has also been said to quadruple the risk of Alzheimer&#8217;s later on in life. These are just some of the conditions this disease has been associated with.</p>
<p>To find out if you definitely have gum disease, you should go see a dentist for a full exam and check up. After taking x-rays they should check the firmness and color of the gums. By using a small probe they can measure the depth between the tooth and the gum line to determine if you have periodontal disease. The normal space is 3 millimeters or less, any more will be an indicator of how serious the disease is. Bleeding gums is normal if you don&#8217;t floss regularly or improperly. Even by flossing and brushing properly, plaque can stay on the teeth so go to the dentist regularly even if you&#8217;re a scaredy cat like me.</p>

This might be hard, but it is much easier with some protein shakes.<br />- You can eat WHATEVER you want, just know to limit and spread it out in portions<br />- Adjust your food intake so that the desired rate of weight change is maintained. Also remember the key to losing weight easily is to eat healthy.<br />- Your weight change should be adjusted accordingly, around 2-4 lbs per week.</p>
<p>Losing Weight Quick and Easy: Looking Back</p>
<p>- Weigh yourself every two weeks, always make sure to do it at the same time.<br />- DO NOT BE SURPRISED of not losing weight during certain weeks, your results will come. Just reduce the amount of food your eating &#8211; reduce calories.<br />- Always lessen the amount of food you intake gradually per week, so you don&#8217;t have those cravings that will just delay you to your goals.</p>
