6 Steps to Stay Motivated on Your Weight Loss Program
If you want to really lose weight; you need to set up a realistic program and once you begin you need to find a way to stay motivated. I am going to give you (six) 6 tips that will make you successful in losing the weight that you want to lose.
1. Sit down and think about your weight loss program. Establish a target weight that you intend to reach and write it down. Once you write it down in big bold letters; you need to post it onto a bulletin board. Set your board where you can see it every day; the first thing in the morning.
