Though he was unsuccessful what he learned is really what I have been saying since I began my personal quest. That is we can prevent cancer. The main cause of cancer is our unhealthy lifestyle. We do not eat healthy, we do not exercise regularly and we do not take safe, healthy nutritional vitamin supplements to supplement our diets. These three areas and more are in our control and we can prevent cancer in our own lives. Honestly my story and motivation is the same. Cancer in my father drove me to seek for answers and I came to the same conclusion as David.</p>
<p>Three Components of the David Murdoch Diet.</p>
<p>There are three components to the David Murdoch Diet which are: Eat Healthy; Exercise Regularly; and take Natural Nutritional Vitamin Supplements. In fact I call it my Healthy Weight Loss Program.</p>

<p>Sixty to Seventy per cent of all we eat should be fresh fruit and raw vegetables. We should eat 100% whole grains, nuts and beans. But, you should avoid red meat and eat only a little fish, chicken or turkey. Drink plenty of water, natural herbal teas and avoid soda and commercially processed drinks of all kinds. David Murdoch juices regularly (so do I) and this helps add vitamins, minerals and nutrients without adding fat. The other two no no&#8217;s are salt and sugar. They are not good for us because the foods we eat already has them added. Fruit and vegetables have all the sugar and sodium we need so there is no need to add them. But we are overdosing on them today.</p>
<p>Exercise Regularly.</p>
<p>Cardio exercise and resistance training are both necessary. David walks everyday and he also does push ups. In addition he leads a very active lifestyle. Being in the gym helps but it is not necessary. Exercise is as important to our health as what we eat and drink. Do it every day.</p>

Post these pictures on your bulletin board so you can review them each day.</p>
<p>4. Make a list of benefits that you are going to have once you reach your goal weight. You need to assemble this list with affirmations as though you have already reached your goal. Establish in your mind how you are going to feel when you hit your target weight.</p>
<p>5. Each evening you need to make a list of the things that you need to do the next day. Make a date with yourself that evening so you know it is on your list. Make your date as early as possible because the later it is during the day it is more apt to be cancelled and put off until tomorrow.</p>
<p>6. Every morning after stretching look at your bulletin board and reaffirm your commitment. Weigh yourself so you know if you are on or off target. After a while it will feel redundant but keep reminding yourself about the benefits you will be gaining.</p>
<p>These are just a few of the things that you can do to stay motivated on your weight loss program. I hope they help you but you need to get creative to add more things to keep you on course.</p>

It called their slogan, &#8220;everybody needs milk&#8221; to be false, misleading, and deceptive advertising. But the damage has already been done, we are socialized into thinking that we need our glass of milk everyday get our calcium.?Well I have not eaten or drunken any dairy products in over 20 years and can tell you I am doing fine!</p>
<p>Even &#8220;low fat&#8221; and those other type of processed milk is too much protein for humans to consume in one glass.?Milk also comes with other issues as well.?The protein in milk is extremely taxing on the human body to digest, this means that milk stays around in the digestive track for a long time, during this time it rots and putrefies and releases dangerous toxins in the body.?Toxin and waste matter in the system slows down your digestive track and most of the waste that should have been eliminated id instead stored.?This is not what we want when trying to lose weight.</p>
<p>The American Heart Association strongly urged the public to reduce the consumption of milk and dairy products because of the consumption of milk&#8217;s and atherosclerosis.</p>
<p>Most people after the ages of 12 lose the gastric juices&#8217; needed to break down and digest dairy products and this leads to diarrhea, cramps, blotting and gastric distress. Being Lactose intolerant is not a deficiency or defect this is nature and we are supposed to be lactose intolerant after we are weaned from breast milk!</p>
<p>Added to the list of related illnesses and the heavy consumption of milk is leukemia, multiple sclerosis, ear infections, rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile diabetes, and bronchitis.</p>
<p>If you are worried about not getting enough calcium in the diet know that cow&#8217;s milk actually leaches calcium from the bone in order to neutralize the acidity caused by the high protein in the very milk. Cow&#8217;s milk contains 1,200 milligrams of calcium per quart, human milk has only 300 milligrams. However, infants receiving human milk actually absorb more calcium into their bodies, due to the fact that cow&#8217;s milk is so rich in calcium and most is unusable to the human body.</p>
<p>Eat green leafy vegetables instead and more fruits, nuts whole grains and legumes.</p>
<p>If you must have milk then try soy milk instead, this is made from the legume of the soy.</p>
<p>So if you want to lose weight and keep it off, I suggest you stay away from milk and other dairy products.</p>
